Making and maintaining a Will provides you with the opportunity to express how you would like for your assets to be managed. Your generous gift can be a means which God uses for the furtherance of His Kingdom.

It is important that you obtain legal advice when preparing your Will. If you are considering leaving a legacy to The Presbyterian Church in your Will, please find details below regarding some suggested words which you may like to take to your legal adviser for consideration:

free of testamentary charges and duties
for desired purpose

and I declare that the receipt of the Secretary of the Trust shall be sufficient discharge to my Executors.
